Please complete this proforma for all enquiries. Please
use the Additional Comments box if you want to enquire about the availability
of more than one property. The more information you can provide about
the sort of property you need, the numbers in your party and any alternative
dates, the easier it will be for us to respond with some realistic recommendations
for you to consider.
Do please make sure that our email address ~ enquiry@italianencounters.com ~ is registered in your "allowed list of addresses" as many of the new anti SPAM programmes filter some of the replies we send to enquiries from our guests. If you need help with this procedure please just call.
We pride ourselves on replying very promptly, so if you do not receive a reply in your In Box then do please check your Anti Spam folder.
If you set your “Mail Sending Format” to HTML and also tick the “Include message in reply” box in the Tools ~ Options ~ Send of your email programme, it will allow you to receive our reply in a format which is much easier to read and understand.

If we do not answer your call to this number a message will indicate that either we are temporarily out and about but will return your call shortly, or that we are away and the message will then give you this UK number to ring ~ + 44 (0) 1258 863 593. We speak fluent English, so please do not be deterred from phoning.
We will not disclose any of your contact details to anybody else other than the owner and key holder of any property for which you may make a reservation.
