Villa Cipresso

Villa Cipresso is located on the Todi Castle estate and is positioned about one mile away from the Castle. It was originally an oil mill and used for centuries by the local community. It has now been fully restored and transformed into a fabulous property with stunning views and pool and provides accommodation for 10 people, with 6 in the main house and 4 in the adjoining cottage. Both properties are exclusively for use by one party and can only be rented together.

The main house for 6 people has three double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.

The entrance to the main house leads from this delightful covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining into the sitting room.

The open fire and central heating makes Villa Cipresso a lovely winter retreat as well.

The dining room with table to seat 14 people leads off from the sitting room.

At one end of the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with space for breakfast meals.

Also on the ground floor is one of the double bedrooms with king sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, basin, loo and bidet.

Stairs lead to the first floor where the other two double bedrooms are located. One has a double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has twin bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The Cottage at Villa Cipresso, which is located a few metres away from the main house, sleeps 4 people. It is for the exclusive use of whomsoever rents the main house and will not be rented to anybody else at the same time. This layout provides a degree of privacy and independence and many of our guests have found this to be a useful arrangement for extended family groups or two families. It is a completely self contained property, though the main house does of course have plenty of space for all 10 people to dine together.

The fully equipped kitchen leads off from the sitting room.

The are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One has a double bed with a shower in the bathroom and other has two single beds with a bath tub in the ensuite bathroom.

The swimming pool is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and barbeque. The views of the valley are simply breathtaking. There is a large patio with a dining table and a large B-B-Q

Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided. The linen will be changed for clean ones at the end of each week and in addition all towels will changed mid week as well.
Towels for Swimming Pool Use: Additional towels are provided for use at the swimming pool.
Other Meals: A chef can prepare all meals on request and provide cooking classes.
House Book: A very comprehensive house book is provided with extensive details of sights to visit and local restaurants.
Local Sport Facilities. Tennis, archery, horseback riding and trekking are available nearby.
Mountain Bikes. These are available for rent.
Assistance: The Todi Castle Estate has a concierge service that can help with a comprehensive range of additional services including banquets, weddings, cooking demonstrations, wine and truffle tastings, special evenings for celebrations (with entertainment), cultural tours, massages, saunas, hairdressing, babysitting, car and driver, car rental, pre arrival grocery purchase and many other “tailor made” services. It will be necessary to book these services in advance and we will give you the appropriate contact once a reservation is made.

Rental Facts

Rental Basis: Self catering.
Security/Breakage Deposit. Euro 500 or the equivalent in any currency is payable on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure less any necessary deductions.
Rental Restrictions: None.
Rental Periods: Available all year round for a minimum of 7 nights with changeover on Saturday. Included in the Rental Price: The rental price includes all taxes, the consumption of electricity, gas and water (for normal general usage), the use and laundry of bed linen & towels and final cleaning.
Not Included in the Rental Price:
