Villa Cipresso
Villa Cipresso is located on the Todi Castle estate and is positioned about one mile away from the Castle. It was originally an oil mill and used for centuries by the local community. It has now been fully restored and transformed into a fabulous property with stunning views and pool and provides accommodation for six people.
The property has three double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.
The front entrance leads from this delightful covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining into the sitting room.
The open fire and central heating makes Villa Cipresso a lovely winter retreat as well.
The dining room with table to seat 12 people leads off from the sitting room.
At one end of the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with space for breakfast meals.
Also on the ground floor is one of the double bedrooms with king sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. French doors lead out to the garden.
Stairs lead to the first floor where the other two double bedrooms are located. This one has a double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower.
The other bedroom has two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool is positioned conveniently just behind the house. There is a large terrace with a dining table under a covered pergola and other comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers which makes this a fabulous spot for everybody to gather.
The views from everywhere at Villa Cipresso, are breathtaking.
